How to prep for your color appointment

Please come in with clean, dry hair.

If I have to take time from your appointment to wash and dry your hair before starting our service I cannot guarantee the results you hoped for.

Hair should only be 1-2 days dirty max.

Make sure there's not a lot of product in your hair. If you’re a curly babe that wears a lot of product regularly wash your hair with clarifying shampoo the day before or morning of.

If doing chemical services- it's a good idea to prep your hair with your favorite hair mask to give your hair all the moisture it wants and needs. (If you feel your hair needs more love than your at home hair mask can provide let me know.)

If this is your first visit- please come in with your hair styled as you’d normally wear so I can get a sense of how to customize your blonding session.

Clothing

Avoid wearing hoodies, collar blouses, or turtle necks. This will allow me to have a flat surface for blonding or cutting.

Try to wear neutral clothing. Colors will appear more true to color against neutral clothing.

If possible, remove dangling earrings to avoid any tugging.

Wear as much or as little makeup as you would on a regular basis. This will ensure that once you see the final results of your hair, you’ll see yourself as you would on a normal basis.
