Cancelation policy

Please allow 24 hours to cancel or make any changes to your appointment. Cancelations made within this time frame will be charged 30% of services booked.

"No show" policy

No shows will be charged 50% of the services scheduled for and will require a 30% deposit that would go into your next appointment.

Late policy

Arriving 15 minutes past time scheduled appointment time will be considered late and I may need to reschedule your appointment or only be able to perform some of the services booked for. Please understand, that I try to be respectful of everyone's time, so if one person is late, it can affect other people's plans.

Nonrefundable Deposit Waiver

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to book an appointment longer than 3 hours and will be applied to your appointment. If you choose you no longer want to do that service, the deposit can be applied to a different service.      

 

No Kids

Even though I love hearings about your babies, I ask that you do not bring them with you due to it becoming a liability for me since I do work with chemicals and sharp scissors. I also try to do my best to make this time about you so that you can unwind and relax. Thanks for your understanding.
